Younger Gunworks was founded on the Principles of Henry Ford in that “Quality should be affordable.” This isn’t your high-end flashy location with everything including the owners hidden behind glass. We want to meet with you and hear about your next adventure and help you acquire the equipment needed to make it come true.
The partners of Younger Gunworks each bring a unique set of skills and experiences to the table to make the team much more than the sum of the individuals. Younger Gunworks is a Certified Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business that loves sharing the Gospel, get excited about guns and have much gratitude for the many freedoms we are blessed to have. Fun fact we are both left-handed.
Our Team
Mike Wolbrink
Mike Wolbrink is a Patriot and servant leader blessed with seeing the many opportunities to advance the Kingdom. Professionally, he is a serial entrepreneur. Aside from starting YGW, a decade ago he started Azule Management, his fourth entrepreneurial adventure, which was recognized by the Small Business Administration as one of the Top Veteran Owned companies in the country and heled thousands of Veterans with employment. Mike has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Wheaton College and is a licensed Pastor with The River International. Mike is an Airborne Ranger who served in multiple combat tours in Panama and Iraq with the 82nd Airborne Division and has the mustard stain on his jump wings. In his spare time, he participates in Bible Studies, learns about new technology, travels with his family. Mike is married to the love of his life, Jody, and together they have 3 children, two of whom live with them in Lakeville, MN.
Jody Younger
Jody Younger enjoys serving others and being creative, is passionate about figuring stuff out, albeit in an orderly & determined fashion. Professionally Jody spent over 20 years serving those seeking a way out of substance abuse and mental health struggles. The past several years she spent providing employment opportunities to veterans and consulting to Behavioral Health businesses. Jody, & her husband Mike, cherish the time they are blessed to spend with their two adult children. Jody loves Jesus, enjoys spending her free time hanging out with her daughter when she is not busy studying art or working at the most amazing camp around (#WeAreTrout), being included in exciting life adventures with her son, gardening, traveling, spending time with her amazing husband & friends, and is always on a quest to learn something new.
